The physical body serves as the channel for the soul in the material world, with various vibrational levels ranging from the physical to the spiritual.
Chakras connect these levels, allowing access to corresponding knowledge and states of consciousness. When in balance, chakras, which are energy points, promote harmonious living; otherwise, they can cause discomfort on spiritual, mental, and physical levels.
The seven main chakras are positioned along the body and also reflect on the back. Their rotations vary between men and women. Cleansing the chakras through meditation is effective in relieving the body of negative energies.
Before a Reiki treatment, opening the chakras is essential for restoring energetic balance. To identify blocked chakras, one can use dowsing with a pendulum.

MONDAY – ROOT CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL SANDALPHON
Love for the Planet. Archangel Sandalphon is the red light: energetic vortex that channels the energy of Planet Earth. We learn to be rooted with the red energy of Sandalphon.
Affirmation: In the name of Sandalphon I am blessed by Mother Earth and bathe in rays of white and red light.
TUESDAY – SACRAL CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL GABRIEL
Purity and Harmony. Archangel Gabriel is the messenger of God. He helps us to recover that part of us which is forgotten. By sending us messages of love we will better understand our destiny. We will also understand why we have reincarnated on Earth in this historical time and the lessons that we have to learn.
Affirmation: In the name of Gabriel I am open to greater understanding and bathe in rays of orange and light blue light.
WEDNESDAY – SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL URIEL
Archangel Uriel healing of the solar plexus through this meditation we heal all the fears, anxieties and problems hidden in our solar plexus. His energy is very strong and heal all the problems with past.
Affirmation: In the name of Uriel I stand firm in the knowledge that I am God and bathe in the rays of purple, ruby and golden light.
THURSDAY – HEART CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL
Adoration and gratitude. Archangel Raphael reawakens your inner angel. With his help we heal our inner child, with unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance.

FRIDAY – THROAT CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL MICHAEL
Protection, creativity and sexuality. Archangel Michael cuts the umbilical cords that bind us with people and situations that belong to our past. Healing the past allows us to truly live in the present.
Affirmation: In the name of Michael help me to cut the cords with the past and bathe in the rays of imperial blue light.
SATURDAY – THIRD EYE CHAKRA – ARCHANGEL METATRON
Truth and healing. Archangel Metatron has the energy to drive us further and lead us through the window of our soul, by opening up the third eye in order to perceive the subtle energies that surround us.
