Within each of us lives a Child.
A Child who once loved without fear, who dreamed with eyes wide open,
who laughed until losing breath.
But also a Child who, perhaps, was wounded, ignored, or frightened.
And so, day after day, learned to hide.
That Inner Child has never disappeared.
It is there, deep within our heart.
Waiting.
Waiting to be seen.
Waiting to be heard.
Waiting to be loved once more.
Reiki is the language that can reach that Child.
It doesn’t need words.
It doesn’t ask for explanations.
Through the touch of hands, through the pure energy of love,
Reiki knows how to find that forgotten Child.
And it knows how to whisper:
“You are safe.
I see you.
I love you.”
When we lay our hands on ourselves or someone else during a Reiki session,
something invisible yet powerful happens:
the energy begins to melt the armor built by time, by disappointment, by fear.
Slowly, like a flower feeling the caress of the sun after a long winter,
the Inner Child begins to emerge.
At first, it is shy.
It does not trust immediately.
But Reiki does not force, does not demand:
it welcomes.
It embraces.
It patiently waits with infinite respect.
Treating the Inner Child with Reiki is like cradling the purest part of ourselves.
It means whispering:
“You can live again.
You can smile again.
You are safe now.”
Healing the Inner Child does not mean changing the past.
It means rewriting the present.
It means allowing joy, trust, and lightness to color our lives once again.
Every tear we dissolve through Reiki is a door opening.
Every conscious breath is another embrace given to that Child.
The Inner Child is not just a part of us.
It is the source of our creativity.
It is the guardian of our most authentic dreams.
It is the most direct link to our soul.
When we heal our Inner Child, we heal our entire existence.
