Teachings of the Reiki Two Course

Here is a list of things that are usually taught in the second level of Reiki, known as Reiki II or Okuden:
First Step
Reiki Symbols: In the second level, the sacred symbols of Reiki are introduced and taught, such as the power symbol, the mental/emotional symbol and the distance symbol. These symbols are used to enhance and focus Reiki energy during treatments.
Advanced Treatment Techniques: Advanced Reiki treatment techniques are taught, including methods to treat specific physical, emotional, or mental conditions.
Second Step
Distant Treatment: You are taught how to send Reiki energy remotely to people, situations or events that need it. This practice allows you to overcome physical barriers and send healing energy anywhere in the world.
Mental and emotional treatment: The treatment of emotions, thoughts and mental disorders is explored through the use of Reiki symbols and other specific techniques.
Third Step
Finding the Cause: You are taught how to identify and treat the root causes of a problem, rather than just the superficial symptoms, through the practice of Reiki.
Practice of meditations: Meditations and visualization techniques are introduced to increase the connection with Reiki energy and to support the practice.
Fourth Step
Advanced Ethics and Responsibilities: More complex ethical issues in giving Reiki treatments, such as confidentiality, consent, and respect for personal boundaries, are discussed.
Fifth Step
Advanced Initiation/Attunement: During the course, the practitioner will receive another initiation or attunement to further open energy channels and enhance their practice.
Diplomas
Delivery of the diplomas of Reiki Due of Reiki Usui Shiky Ryoho and of the International School of Reiki of Gaetano Vivo
